Client Agreement & Terms of Service
By booking with the Traveling Tiaras Company and completing your payment, you agree to the following Terms of Service and conditions for your event. Please read all of the following thoroughly.
Your payment confirms and holds your reservation time. Without payment, your appointment is not guaranteed.
Payment is required in full three calendar days before your event.
Gratuity is not required but is appreciated and recommended if you enjoyed your experience. Gratuity should be given to the performer at the end of the appointment in a discreet manner (in an envelope is preferred).
2) Cancelation & Refunds
In the case of an emergency, rescheduling is permitted but it is not guaranteed that there will be availability at your preferred time.
Refunds or partial refunds will be allowed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed. Please reach out via email with your request for a refund and your reasoning.
Cancelations do not ensure a refund or partial refund.
3) Service Area & Travel Fees
The TTC will be serving Santa Barbara County from September to May. Any bookings more than 7 miles from the Montecito area will result in a travel fee of $1 per mile from the city of the TTC.
The TTC will be serving the Orange County and South Bay Areas from May to September. Any bookings more than 7 miles from Tustin, CA or from Manhattan Beach, CA will result in a travel fee of $1 per mile from the city of the TTC.
4) Safety & Liability
At least one adult supervisor is required at all times while the princess is in attendance. Princesses are not responsible for any child care, injury, or anything that may happen to a child in attendance.
The client must inform the company of any allergies to items such as face paint prior to the event.
If a princess feels that they are in a hostile, unsafe, or harmful environment, our princesses retain the right to end the party and not refund the amount paid.
Any severe damage caused to dresses, hair, or party supplies NOT caused by the princess will be added to the party balance.
